GENERAL INFORMATION
January 9, 2023:ALL GYL PLAYERS start the registration process
February 6, 2023: Late registration begins. Registrations on or after this date are subject to a 50% increase in fees.
February 28, 2023: Travel Registration officially closes - WAITLIST IMPLEMENTED
GYL serves the town of Greenwich only and is unable to register any families who are not Greenwich residents. GYL also reserves the right to limit enrollment in each age group to maintain the high quality program it has always provided.
Please note that during the online registration process, you will automatically be directed to the US Lacrosse website, where you will pay their annual membership fee. This is mandatory.
3rd and 4th grade girls and boys who play travel must also participate in house league. Your registration for the travel program includes this requirement. You do not need to register separately for House League.
If your child ONLY wants to play house league (offered in grades K-4 only), please choose the registration module for that option.
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Any unpaid registrations at the close of each day will be deleted. Payment for online registration is by credit card only (MasterCard or VISA).
Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Players must attend tryouts in early March to play in the travel program in Grades 5–8. All players will be placed on a tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 team based on ability.
Continuing in 2023: CONNY Lacrosse will follow its Age-Based Player Segmentation Policy in order to address the programs' concern of fairness and safety for all players.
HOW TO REGISTER

If you are registering a returning GYL player, enter your email and the password you used last year to begin the registration process. If you do not remember your password, the system will send you a temporary one. If you are a new family to GYL you will be prompted for your email address and the system will send you a password.
PLEASE double check that your email is correct! Your password will be sent to the email address you enter. If you do not receive an email containing your log-in information and password within ONE hour, repeat the process.
Please provide all of the requested information, and carefully read through the agreements.
Once you have completed the registration for your first child, you have the option to add another child or check out.
IMPORTANT: On completion of a successful registration you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. (Please check your spam folder). If you do not receive an email please contact our registrar, Amy Adorney at aadorney@gmail.com.
GYL Refund Policy
GYL will refund your Spring 2023 registration fee, less a $50 fee, if you make a request by email BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON FEBRUARY 28, 2023. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE UNLESS THE SEASON IS CANCELLED.
